All of our services are being conducted through videoconferencing (known as Telehealth).
If you qualify, a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician can refer you to us with a Mental Health Care Plan. As Medicare conditions are under review for session numbers and accessibility, please speak to your referring Dr about the session number that you are likely entitled too.
Our hourly rate is $210 per 50 minute session. If you think you will need longer than this, please let us know at the time of making your appointment as the rate for your appointment will change.
Your Health Fund may provide refunds for part of your psychological sessions. You will need to check with your individual health fund as to whether this applies to you. We will charge you our current hourly rate for this service and it is your responsibility to claim directly with your Health Fund.
Testing of any sort is not covered by Medicare under a Mental Health Care Plan for Registered Psychologists. This may attract additional fees and will be discussed with you at the time of booking.
Individual Services may attract differing fee structures. Please call us to enquire.
We expect at least 24-hour (weekend excluded for Monday appointments) notice of cancellation. If you cancel with less time than this, we will charge you 50% of the billing rate unless otherwise agreed. Medicare and Health Funds will not pay for cancellations so this amount will need to be paid by yourself.
