Kate Draper is a Registered Psychologist who enjoys working in a pragmatic way to improve an individual’s personal effectiveness.

She provides Medicare Services under a Mental Health Care Plan, Counselling through HICAPS or works with Businesses and Leaders directly. She primarily uses secure video conferencing or telephone to provide these services.

She utilises coaching strategies and psychoeducation to move people towards goal achievement.

Kate has in-depth knowledge of work personality assessments, career assessments, intellectual and ADHD assessments. She is passionate about helping ADHD individuals and their parents conquer their challenges at work or at school, focusing on developing their Executive Functioning capabilities.

Kate assists older teens and young adults to develop the skills to advocate for themselves and use school and university learning access services.

She also assists adults with looking at ways how their existing workplace could work better within their strengths.

Kate is a Member of The Australian Psychological Society (APS), Member of The College of Organisational Psychology and subscribes to the Interest Groups through the APS on Coaching and Psychology; Personality and Individual Differences; and Testing and Assessment in Psychology. Kate is also a member of the Australian ADHD Professionals Association.
