When coaching people ‘one-on-one’, we prefer to use an in-depth psychological assessment tool called The Occupational Personality Questionnaire or a 360-degree Performance Questionnaire.
The key aspect to instigate behavioural change is through increased awareness of the impact of one’s behaviour. Once this awareness is in place, your Coach works with you to set goals in place to create noticeable behavioural changes.
think.act.feel consultants have an internal process in place that ensures goals are implemented and the Manager is in a position to be supportive of the individual’s behavioural changes as they occur.
We believe in working closely with Management to ensure that the individual’s goals line up with those of the organisation, whilst maintaining the individual’s confidentiality.
Depending on the issues identified in the Questionnaires, typically our coaches will work with Executives for 6 months.
This time frame enables noticeable behavioural changes to occur for the participant and their Manager. During this time frame, they usually have 12 individual coaching sessions of 2 hours duration.
This is in addition to a 1-hour feedback session of their psychological appraisal.
